Placing an order :
1.Tap CHECKOUT button after selection and reviewed your items in your shopping cart
2.Login using your united18.com account, for existing user Or Create a new account, if this is your first order.
3.Enter contact information… Name, shipping address, Phone number etc. Click on Continue to shipping
4.Check your details, Mail id and shipping address click on Continue to Payment
5.In Payment -> For online payment, select Razorpay Or Cash On Delivery and Complete order.

To return / refund :
1. 14 days within purchase, you can return your products. It should be unwashed and unused and with original tag.
2. Call on 9510943472.
3. Return your product by courier, Self return option will be given. Upto Rs.100/- Courier charges will be bare by company.
4. Once products receive at United18 factory, customer will be asked to provide his/her bank details.
5. Refunds will be initiated in your Bank account within 5-6 working days.
There are no shipping charges for order above Rs999/-. Below that only Rs.70/- is shipping charge.
It will take minimum 5-6 days, after receiving your order to us.
No, It’s not compulsory. You can place your order in COD(Cash On Delivery) mode also.
